Meet Sue Radd, Nutritionist, Author & Speaker

Sue Radd is one of Australia’s leading nutritionists and health communicators. She is sought after for comment in the media and is a regular columnist for Signs magazine.

Sue is Director of the Nutrition and Wellbeing Clinic in Castle Hill, and a consultant to the food and pharmaceutical industries in product development, communications and nutrition policy in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK. She also advises law firms, providing expert nutrition reports for use in court cases.

Recognised by her peers as an expert on plant foods and phytonutrients, Sue is co-author of the internationally published Eat to Live. This book is now also available in the Korean and French languages. She was awarded Winner of ‘Best Nutrition Writing’ at the Vittoria Australian Food Media Awards for her most recent work, The Breakfast Book, a wake-up guide to the most important meal of the day.

Sue is a well-known face at major nutrition conferences globally. Her ability to translate heavy science into anyone’s language and life makes her a popular speaker with audiences from doctors and dietitians to university students, teachers, mums and women’s groups. Her practical knowledge of food and cooking for today’s busy lifestyle is widely enjoyed. Sue is passionate that, ‘What you eat should not only be good for you but it should taste divine!’

Sue is the Australasian representative on the International Soy Advisory Board and belongs to many professional organizations such as the Nutrition Society of Australia, Dietitians Association of Australia, American Dietetic Association, Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology, Australasian Society for the Study of Obesity and Food Media Club Inc. Within her action packed agenda Sue enjoys travelling, singing, watching foreign films and sharing meals with friends.
